Pipes Spools

We specialize in the manufacture of high-quality fabricated pipe spools, serving critical industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, and infrastructure. Our pipe spools are custom-built to meet project-specific designs and are essential components in complex piping systems, ensuring efficient and leak-free fluid or gas transport.

At Precitech, all pipe spools are fabricated under strict quality control, using a wide range of materials including carbon steel (CS), stainless steel (SS), and alloy steels. We handle spool sizes ranging from ½″ to 24″ and beyond, with precise fabrication tolerances to ensure seamless on-site installation.

 

Scope of Work Includes:

  • Cutting, beveling, and fit-up as per approved isometrics
  • Welding by qualified welders, following WPS/PQR standards
  • Hydrotesting and NDT (Radiography, Ultrasonic, MPI, DPI)
  • Pickling, passivation, blasting, and painting as per project requirements
  • Tagging and documentation for traceability
  • All spool fabrication is carried out in our controlled facility equipped with overhead cranes, welding bays, testing areas, and painting zones. Our in-house QC team ensures every spool passes rigorous inspections before dispatch. We also integrate valves, fittings, and supports when required, and offer fully assembled skid packages.
