Automated and semi-automated processes are employed for precision welding, with all seams subjected to non-destructive testing (NDT) such as radiography or ultrasonic inspection.
Our in-house capabilities also include surface treatment, internal lining or coating (where required), and structural reinforcements for pressure, seismic, and wind load resistance. Final assembly is followed by rigorous hydrostatic and pneumatic testing to validate the tank’s strength and sealing integrity.
All refinery tanks are manufactured in compliance with international codes and standards such as API 650, ASME, and other client-specific specifications. From design to dispatch, every stage is tightly controlled to deliver robust, field-ready storage solutions for the oil & gas industry.
