A. IGF Skid for ETP Plant

An Induced Gas Flotation (IGF) Skid is a key solution in Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), designed to efficiently remove suspended solids, oil, and grease from industrial wastewater. Engineered with precision and validated through advanced simulation tools, our IGF skids ensure high separation efficiency, corrosion resistance, and extended operational life. The system is designed as a compact, skid-mounted unit incorporating mechanical components such as pressure vessels, tanks, valves, piping, and structural supports, all fabricated and assembled in-house to meet stringent quality standards.

In addition to mechanical integration, we handled the complete electronic and instrumentation setup, including sensor integration, control panels, and electrical wiring, ensuring seamless operation and automation of the system. This holistic approach enables efficient performance monitoring, easy maintenance, and reliable operation in critical environments.

B. Skids for Heater Treater Systems

We specialize in the design and manufacturing of skid-mounted Heater Treater Systems for the oil & gas industry. These systems are essential for the separation of oil, gas, and water mixtures directly at production sites, ensuring the efficient treatment of crude oil before it is sent for further processing or storage.

Our heater treater skids are fully integrated, modular units that combine heating, separation, and control functions on a single skid platform for ease of transport, installation, and operation.

With in-house capabilities in precision manufacturing, piping, automation, and system integration, we deliver turnkey skid solutions tailored to upstream oilfield requirements.
  • The complete project was successfully manufactured for ONGC, Mehsana, comprising feeding, discharging, and auxiliary skids for the Heater Treater System of an oil & gas refinery. The project involved over 18,000 inch-dia of piping, fabricated using both stainless steel (SS) and carbon steel (CS) materials.
  • All piping spools—ranging in size from ½″ to 18″—were manufactured, hydro-tested, NDT-tested, and painted entirely at our Precitech facility. Several of these spools were assembled into fully integrated packaged skids, equipped with valves, flow meters, pressure recorders, and other instrumentation.
  • In addition to the piping, all structural frames and pipe supports were also fabricated in-house. The complete order underwent thorough inspection and clearance by two Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies as well as ONGC’s quality team, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

C. Ultra Filtration Skids for ECTS System

We manufacture advanced Ultra Filtration (UF) Skids designed specifically for Enhanced Crude Treatment Systems (ECTS) used in the oil & gas industry. These skid-mounted filtration units are critical for removing fine suspended solids, emulsified oils, and other impurities from produced water and process fluids, ensuring cleaner output and protecting downstream equipment.

Our UF skids are engineered for robust performance in harsh oilfield environments, offering modular, compact, and turnkey solutions for seamless integration into existing treatment systems. Each skid incorporates high-quality ultrafiltration membranes, pumps, instrumentation, and control systems, enabling automated, continuous operation with minimal maintenance.
